Summary
Our customers' privacy is taken seriously. The data processed by the add-on is NOT stored or transmitted to anyone for analysis unless you explicitly consent to such. The information received from Google Application Programming Interfaces (API) will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
To operate, the add-on requires the following permissions.
Permissions
- Read Emails in your Inbox: The primary feature of the Email.Swipe.Filer. add-on is to capture and store, in an organized and easy to access manner, emails that you want to store for later use and inspiration in your own businesses and other endeavors. Therefore, the add-on must be able to access, copy, process, and transfer that data and metadata to the appropriate storage file which will be either a Google Doc or a Google Sheet, depending on your version and subscription level.
- View and manage your documents in Google Drive. This permission is required to be able to create Google Documents during the email capture process. This permission allows the software to open, create, and edit the document contents in order paste the email content to the document.
- View and manage the folders in your Google Drive. This permission is required to create 2 folders in your Google Drive. One folder is created in your root folder in order to save the sheets/documents created, as described in point 2 and 3. Within that first folder, a second folder is created specifically to hold "helper" files that are used for creating your final, fully-formatted documents. Additionally, you have the option when using the ESF tool of saving the email content to any of your existing Google Docs, therefore it's necessary to be able to access and edit existing drive files that you direct the application to.
- View and manage data associated with application use. This permission is required to save data related to your use of the add-on. For example, in order to save an email to the most recent document you used, the add-on needs to save the ID of the last Google Document. This feature allows you to easily add the new email you are saving to the recent document and speed the process up. It also stores the folder IDs of the ESF folders to make saving your Google Documents faster.
Data Protection
Our customers' privacy is taken seriously. The data processed by the add-on is NOT stored or transmitted to anyone for analysis unless you explicitly consent to such. For example, if you use a higher level of service that requires us to collect and process your data in order to fulfill your services, we will then store and process only the data which is explicitly necessary. All data is stored in our own secure repositories which may include various Google Workspace products, including Google Sheets and Docs, or within the Clickfunnels software suite.
Mail.Click.Profit. complies with privacy laws, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Privacy Act, to protect your data.
After you install and consent to use the add-on, we collect your email address so that we can issue a license bound to your email address. We also use your email address to send you important notifications such as maintenance periods, license renewal reminders, and notifications of any software updates, etc. Your email address will not be shared or sold to any third-party. If you want to revoke your consent and remove this data from our records, please contact our customer support at support@mailclickprofit.com. We will oblige and confirm within 48 hours of your email request.​
Payment Details & Renewals
Mail.Click.Profit. does not directly store payment method details, such as credit card information. Transactions are handled by third-parties such as Stripe, Apple Pay, or Payments.AI. If you purchase a subscription, all transactions, including the initial billing as well as renewal and rebilling are handled by the respective payment service which will store your payment details securely for easy renewal.Â
